Miss National High School Rodeo Queen, Joanna Blackwell assisted Brandon Bates in awarding prizes to the raffle winners - whose funds go to the Miss Rodeo Scholarship Foundation.  Joanna pulled the raffle ticket winners from the barrel and Brandon Bates gave away 2 tickets to the NFR, a handmade Glen Thompson saddle, a Bowhair full length Jacket, a 14 KT gold ring and a ladies leather purse.
