Adolescence In Skincare
It is not too early to begin caring for your skin at the onset of adolescence. At this stage in your life, a lot of changes are taking place in your body. This is usually between the ages of 11-14. Hormones are fluctuating tremendously, which in turn causes breakouts.  You may notice an increase in oiliness to your face and this is due to the hormone fluctuation as well. If you begin early to start taking care of your skin, you will be thankful later that you did! You especially want to get a head start on skincare if acne is hereditary in your family.
