2004 Miss Oklahoma Rodeo Chosen At The Annual Pageant In Enid, Oklahoma in September

Lacey Stubblefield, Miss 101 Wild West Rodeo 2003, was chosen Miss Rodeo Oklahoma for 2004 at the annual pageant held in Enid, Oklahoma September 2 through the 6th, 2003. Miss Stubblefield, who is from Enid, is currently a student at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. 

Runner up in the Miss competition was Jessica Chartier, Miss Guymon Pioneer Days. She is currently at student at Oklahoma State University. Falisha Moser, Miss Woodward Elk’s Rodeo won the Miss congeniality category. Also entered in the Miss division was Melissa Lopez, Miss Hugo PRCA rodeo.
