| The Mayor of Boulder City welcomes Miss Rodeo America 2003, Lori Bortner and all of the contestants to a picnic in the park in lovely Boulder City, the only town in Nevada that does not have gambling! | Everyone of the Miss Rodeo America contestants enjoyed the beutiful sunny weather and the delicious box lunches that were ready for us as we all stepped off the bus at City Hall. |

| Everyone had a wonderful picnic lunch and the local fireman showed up to greet the contestants and to wish them well in their up coming week. | As you can see even the mayor enjoyed having a picnic on this wonderful Nevada sunny day in the park. He gave a wonderful history of the town to the contestants. |
