 Kayla Ann Spurlock
Miss Rodeo Ramona

Kayla graduated from Ramona High School before attending Palomar College where she received an AA degree in Speech Communication and Liberal Studies. She is now enrolled at California State University San Marcos, College of Business, pursuing her BA in Finance. After gaining her Masters Degree in Business Administration, she would hope to secure employment in the equine and agricultural industry.

Along with a Bronze Medal in Equestrian Vaulting, she has numerous awards in equitation, western pleasure, combined training, dressage and hunter over fences. She loves competing in horse shows, exercising horses, reining, team sorting, barrel racing and volunteering at various rodeos and pageants.

 


Lindsey Stanfield
Miss Rodeo Indio

From graduation at Lodi High School, Lindsey has moved on to the campus at the University of California, Davis where she is majoring in Animal Science and Management. Her goal is to become Dr. Stanfield with her degree in Veterinary Medicine and then work within the Rodeo Industry working with stock contractors.

Lindsey holds two Queen titles and a host of awards through her various activities with the FFA and other horse shows throughout the state. She enjoys barrel racing, gathering and branding cattle, packing in the high country and hauling rough stock to rodeos. Spare time is spent on boarding and skiing, both water and snow, and some fishing.
