The second day of the 2006 Miss Rodeo California Pageant started with the Personality Interviews, which finished in time for a luncheon held at the Via Verde County Club, where the contestants, judges and chaperones attended a special annual Rotary meeting. After which, they were treated to a tour of Broken Horn Saddlery and given time for a chance to do a little shopping at the Baldwin Park business.

Back to the Shilo Suites Inn to change their outfits for the last competition event for the evening, they were taken to Applebees in San Dimas for an early dinner. Ending up at the Plummer Community Building in San Dimas, the public had the opportunity to attend the Bio Speech & Impromptu Questions event of the pageant. Some questions asked of the contestants were "Who is the current commissioner of the PRCA", "Currently there are hearings being held by the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, what are these hearings about?" and "What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you in the arena?".
