Courtney Shumpert, DVM

Dr. Courtney Shumpert and her husband Dr. Kirk Shumpert are proprietors in the newly established North Mississippi Animal Hospital in Tupelo, MS. Dr. Courtney
specializes in small animal care and Dr. Kirk specializes in large animal care. 
Both Dr. Shumperts graduated from Mississippi State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2001. 
Dr. Courtney continues to care for patients in her previous hometown of Millington, TN, as a relief veterinarian for North Shelby Animal Hospital. 
Dr. Courtney represented Tennessee in both the Miss Rodeo America and Miss Rodeo USA pageants. She won the Eastern Regional Scholarship Award at the 2002
Miss Rodeo America Pageant.
